JOB CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Job Consultant Service Agreement is entered into between Satya Narayan Vision Private Limited ("the Company") and the undersigned individual ("the Candidate") seeking job consultancy services.

By signing this Agreement, the Candidate acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Satya Narayan Vision Private Limited provides job consultancy services to students seeking employment opportunities in the UK or any other countries . The Candidate must possess a valid right to work in the residing Country. If the right to work is revoked or dismissed, the Company will be unable to assist in job placement, and the enrolment fee will be non-refundable.

The Company specializes in job placements within the hospitality sector, including:

1.5 Personalized Job Placement Based on Candidate interests
Apart from the above mentioned jobs , we also find jobs as per the candidate's interest that includes both skilled or non-skilled jobs.
2. ENROLMENT, SERVICES & CHARGES

The company provides professional consultancy and job guidance services to support individuals seeking employment in the UK or any other country. please note that the company does not directly offer jobs , but assists candidates through training , referrals , and job-seeking support tailored to their visa status. Access to these services requires an enrolment fee and commission-based charges as outlined below.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must cooperate fully and provide all necessary documents and information on time .
To be eligible for the consultancy service and continue their application , the candidate must provide:

Five (5) new email ids , granting full access to the company . those email ids will not be returned to the candidate in any condition . we will have the full right to use those email ids anytime in the future for the verification process.

All necessary documents proving their legal right to work in the UK .
-
Any additional documents required during the job search process .
A. Late payment penalty for commission
1. If a candidate fails to pay the due commission within 3 days of receiving wages or payment , an additional 25% penalty will be applied on the total outstanding commission amount . This penalty is mandatory and non-negotiable .
Mandatory Communication and service Termination Policy
This policy is a formal part of your agreement with our consulting services . By using our services , you agree to follow the communication rules outlined below . These rules are designed to maintain transparency , track your progress , and support your job search more effectively .

Failure to follow any part pf this policy may result in immediate termination of services.
A. Interview Notification:

The Candidate must notify the us immediately if they are contacted for an interview, whether directly or indirectly, by phone, text, social media, or referral.
-
Notification must occur before attending the interview. Additionally, the Candidate must inform us about the outcome of the interview after it takes place.
Example:
i. If you receive a call for an interview with a company, you must inform us before attending.
ii. After the interview is complete, you must update us on how it went.
B. ROTA (Work Schedule) Notification:

If the Candidate receives a ROTA (work schedule), or is informed that a ROTA will be provided, they must notify us immediately. This applies whether the schedule is for temporary, part-time, or full-time work.
Example:
i. If a company sends you your weekly schedule, inform us before your first shift.
C. Job Offer Notification:
-
If the Candidate is offered a job that was arranged, referred, or supported by us , the Candidate is required to inform us as soon as the offer is received, even if the Candidate is undecided.
Example:
i. If we helped with your CV, interview prep, or application, and you receive an offer, notify us immediately.
D. Trial or Short-Term Work Notification:
-
If the Candidate is invited to attend a job trial (even if for 1–2 days) or is offered short-term work, whether paid or unpaid, the Candidate must inform us prior to attending and provide a follow-up update after completion.
Example:
i. If you are called for a 1-2 day paid and unpaid trial, you must tell us beforehand and share your experience afterward.
E. Paid Opportunities:

If the Candidate receives any payment during the hiring process (e.g., paid trials, interview incentives, or project-based work), the Candidate is required to inform us.

We do not claim any portion of the payment. The notification is for record and progress tracking purposes only.
Example: i. If you are paid £40 for a one-day trial, simply inform us — we will not ask for any share.
F. Contract Signing and Shift Start Notification:

If the Candidate signs an employment contract, they must notify the us immediately.
-
If the Candidate is assigned a shift or is informed of their job start date, the Candidate must inform us before the first day of work.
Example: i. If your first day is May 20th, inform us at least one day before.
G. Job Confirmation
-
If the Candidate accepts a job offer and begins working — even if they wish to continue looking for other opportunities — they must inform us.

Continuing to use our services without reporting that you have already secured a job will be treated as misuse and may result in immediate termination of services.
Example: i. If you start working but still want us to help you find a better opportunity, just let us know. We will continue to support you.
H. Termination Clause

Failure to follow any of the communication responsibilities outlined in this policy will result in immediate termination of Our services. No refunds or continued support will be provided after termination.
*NOTE: If you are ever unsure about what to report, please ask. We are here to support your journey with honesty and professionalism.
4. REFERRAL POLICY
Referring candidates, whether affiliated with our service or an external agency, will receive a £108 referral bonus for each successful placement. From the ninth referral onward, the bonus amount will increase to £150 per candidate.

Please note that the enhanced bonus (applicable from the ninth referral onward) will be paid in three installments, with each £50 portion released after the referred candidate completes 108 work hours.
4.1. Eligibility Criteria for Referral Bonus
To qualify for the referral bonus, the following conditions must be met:

The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 108 work hours (for the first 8 referrals, the bonus will be paid in full; from the ninth referral onward, it will be paid in instalments as detailed above).

The referred candidate is required to pay the full enrolment fee, along with any applicable service subscription charges.

At the time of referral bonus payment:
-
Both the referring and referred candidates must have cleared all outstanding dues.

HMRC accounts for both parties must be fully verified.

The referral bonus cannot be applied as a discount toward the enrolment fee and will be issued separately, in accordance with this policy

5. REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a Candidate may be eligible for a refund of fees paid in relation to the Company’s consultancy services. All refund requests will be subject to verification and the terms specified below.
A. Failure to Assist in Job Placement
The Company is committed to providing job placement support, including arranging trials or interviews. In the event the Company fails to deliver this within a reasonable timeframe:

If no trial or interview is arranged within 45 days from the date of enrolment, and after all required documents have been provided, the candidate will be eligible for a full refund of £1008. This refund will be processed within three (3) business days of receiving a valid refund request.

If a trial or interview is arranged but no job is secured, £208 will be retained to cover administrative and consultancy costs, and the remaining £800 will be refunded after the 45-day period after verifying HMRC account.
B. Candidate Withdrawal or Independent Job Search
If the Candidate chooses to withdraw voluntarily or secures employment independently (i.e., without Company involvement), the following refund structure shall apply:

Before a trial or interview is arranged: A non-refundable amount of £308 will apply. The remaining £700 will be refunded within three (3) business days of the refund request.

After a trial or interview is arranged: A non-refundable amount of £408 will apply. The remaining £600 will be refunded after a 45-day period from the date of the refund request after verifying HMRC account.
C. Successful Job Placement
If a job is secured through our company, the enrolment fee becomes non-refundable; however, consultancy services will remain available to you for a period of three years from the date of enrolment.
D. Refund Process Requirements
To initiate and process any refund request, the candidate must meet the following conditions:

Provide valid access to their HMRC tax account and fully cooperate with the verification process and Duration.

Refund requests must be submitted personally by the candidate; requests made by third parties on their behalf will not be accepted.
E. Refund Process Terms and Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if the candidate is actively employed in a role obtained through the Company’s placement services at the time of the refund request.

Any breach of contract will render the candidate ineligible for a refund, and the Company reserves the right to cancel the refund request.

Any misrepresentation, misconduct, or provision of false information during the verification process will lead to the immediate rejection of the refund request.
F. Non-Refundable Amount Discounts
At the Company’s discretion, any non-refundable portion of the enrolment fee may be applied as a discount toward future enrolment services, provided they align with the Company’s policies.
6. Break From Services

Should you decide to end your engagement with our services, we kindly request that you adhere to the following protocol to ensure a smooth and professional separation:
6.1. HMRC Access:
As part of the offboarding process, you are required to provide access to your HMRC tax account. This is necessary for us to verify the completion of your employment status and ensure that all related obligations have been met.
6.2. P45 Submission:
A copy of your P45 form must be submitted to us. This serves as official documentation confirming that you are no longer actively employed through our platform. The P45 also aids in closing your employment records correctly for tax and compliance purposes.
6.3. Clearance of Outstanding Dues:
Before we can finalize your termination, it is essential that all outstanding dues are fully cleared. These may include, but are not limited to, service charges, withheld payments, or any other pending financial obligations. Failure to settle dues may result in delays or legal action, depending on the circumstances.
6.4. Ongoing Referral Privileges:
Even if you are no longer actively enrolled in our services, you will continue to be eligible to refer new candidates to our platform. Referrals are always welcome and rewarded according to our existing referral policy.

7. Resume Application
​
We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to rejoin our services at a later date. To facilitate a smooth re-enrolment, the following steps must be completed:
7.1. Verification via HMRC:
Just as in the initial enrolment, access to your HMRC tax account will be required again for verification purposes. This ensures accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, and helps us assess your current employment and tax status before reactivation.
7.2. Resume Application Charge:
A one-time, non-refundable re-enrolment fee of £108 must be paid to initiate your return to our services. This fee confirms your active interest and commitment to restarting the process and covers the administrative costs associated with your reactivation. It also serves as a confirmation deposit, ensuring that you are genuinely seeking employment.
8. ABUSE OF RULES

Any form of abuse, misconduct, or breach of the established rules by the Candidate or any party associated with the Candidate will not be tolerated. Abuse of rules refers to, but is not limited to, the following actions:
8.1. Providing False Information: Giving false or misleading information to the Company, especially regarding employment status, job placement results, or any details related to the services provided.
8.2. Misrepresentation of Job Status: Having a job secured through the Company’s services but deliberately providing false information about the role, job conditions, or any aspect related to the employment.
8.3. Failure to Communicate: Being out of contact with the Company for more than two (2) months without valid reason or prior notification. This includes failure to respond to emails, phone calls, or messages.
8.4. Pressure for Refund: Attempting to force or coerce the Company into issuing a refund by any means, including using misleading claims or aggressive tactics. This includes demands for refunds without fulfilling the criteria stated in the Refund Policy.
8.5. Failure to Pay Commission: Refusing to pay commission fees or subscription charges as agreed upon in this Agreement, including any applicable deductions for holiday pay or service charges.
8.6. Inappropriate or Abusive Language: Using inappropriate language, threats, or offensive behavior towards Company representatives, other candidates, or the general public, whether in person, via email, phone calls, or on social media platforms.

A. In cases of rule abuse, the Company reserves the right to take the following actions:

Immediate Service Termination: The Company may immediately terminate all services, including the job search and placement process, and refuse any further assistance to the Candidate.
-
Block from Communication Channels: The Candidate will be permanently blocked from all social media platforms and any other communication channels managed by the Company. All future communication will be handled solely through email.

Forfeiture of Fees: Any enrolment fee a other associated fees will be forfeited, and the Candidate will no longer be entitled to any refunds or additional services.

Legal Action: If necessary, the Company reserves the right to take legal action against individuals found guilty of fraud, abuse, or other forms of misconduct. Legal action may include claims for damages and any associated legal costs.
The Company is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and transparent working environment. Any behavior that undermines this standard will not be tolerated.
By signing this Agreement, the Candidate agrees to abide by all policies, procedures, and codes of conduct established by the Company.
9. Consent Letter for Storage and Use of Personal Information
To Whom It May Concern,
I, [Full Name of the Individual], hereby give my full consent to Satya Narayan Vision Pvt Ltd to collect, store, and process my personal information for the purpose of assisting with job search, employment placement, and verification activities.
The information I authorize to be stored and used includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Passport copy and passport-size photographs
2. National Insurance (NI) number
3. Full name, date of birth, and contact address
4. Mobile and landline phone numbers
5. Email address(es)
6. Employment history and professional experience
7. CV/Resume and cover letters
8. Educational qualifications, certificates, and transcripts
9. References and recommendation letters
10. Proof of right to work in the UK or applicable location
11. Any other documents or information relevant to job applications and employment eligibility
I understand that this personal information will be securely stored and used solely for recruitment-related purposes by Satya Narayan Vision Pvt Ltd and its authorized representatives or recruitment partners. My data will not be shared with third parties without my explicit consent, except where required by law.
I confirm that I have voluntarily provided this information and understand that I may request access, correction, or deletion of my data at any time by contacting the company in writing or via email.
This consent is valid from [Start Date] and will remain in effect until [End Date] or until I revoke my consent in writing.
10. Consent and HMRC Access Agreement

10.1 General Consent
As part of the onboarding process, candidates are required to provide personal and supporting information necessary for enrolment and employment-related services. This may include your full name, contact details, identification documents, proof of eligibility to work, and other relevant records.
By proceeding, you grant us permission to access, store, and use this information for the duration of our contractual relationship. This access will be limited to purposes directly related to your participation in our services, including job placement, compliance, identity verification, and administrative requirements.
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely in accordance with our internal data protection protocols.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law or regulatory authorities.
10.2 HMRC Consent
To comply with UK tax regulations and support your employment, candidates must provide access to their HMRC Government Gateway account by submitting their User ID and password. This access is used solely for verification, tax compliance, and documentation purposes related to your work.
Once you have applied for your HMRC account, please send us a screenshot as proof of application so we can continue the process without any delays. The £50 fee must be paid before we proceed. After you provide us with your HMRC account login ID and password, the £50 will be returned to you.
In cases where you’re unable to complete the setup due to the lack of a chip in your passport, you will need to apply for a UK Provisional Driving Licence. Once confirmation of your licence application is received, we will begin processing your enrolment. However, final approval requires that is:
Receive your provisional driving licence, and
Complete your HMRC account setup and provide us with the login credentials. Once the login credentials have been provided, £50 will be returned to you.
Failure to complete these steps may result in delays to your application.
11. Consent Letter for Access to HMRC Account
To Whom It May Concern,
I, [Full Name of the Account Holder], hereby give my full consent and authorization to Satya Narayan Vision Pvt Ltd, and its designated representatives, to access and use my HMRC online account login credentials solely for the purpose of assisting me with the following:
1. Managing and filing my personal tax affairs, including but not limited to Self Assessment submissions.
2. Monitoring and tracking my tax codes and PAYE status.
3. Keeping updated records of my employment and income information related to my work with Satya Narayan Vision Pvt Ltd.
4. Communicating with HMRC on my behalf regarding any tax-related matters.
I understand that this authorization includes access to sensitive personal and financial information. I confirm that I trust Satya Narayan Vision Pvt Ltd to handle my information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and data protection regulations.
This consent is effective from [Start Date] and will remain in effect until [End Date or “further notice”], unless revoked by me in writing.
