EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 18/02/2025, by and between:

  • Satya Narayan Vision Private Limited ("Company"), a registered entity operating in Kathmandu-4, Tushal Nepal, and ______________seeking employment with the Company.

 

Both parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. EMPLOYMENT TERMS & TRIAL PERIOD

1.1 Trial Period: The Employee shall undergo a trial period of one (1) week.

 

1.2 Termination During Trial: Should the Employee voluntarily leave or be terminated during the trial period, no payment shall be made for that period.

 

1.3 Salary Post-Trial: If retained after the trial period, the Employee’s salary for the trial week will be withheld and released only upon proper exit from the Company, as per the agreed terms.

2. DISCIPLINE & WORK ETHICS

2.1 The Employee agrees to adhere to the Company’s disciplinary policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.

 

2.2 Any act of violence, misconduct, or breach of discipline will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any withheld salary.

2.3 Specific Workplace Expectations:

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time; unexcused delays are unacceptable.

  • Quiet Office Behaviour: Enter the office quietly without disturbing others.

  • Mobile Phones: Silence phones before entering the office. Failure to do so will result in a 15-minute deduction from working hours.

  • Attendance System: After entering, one must freshen up and prepare before making attendance. Directly making attendance and then using washroom or other activities will result in a 15-minute deduction.

  • Work Ethic: Remain active and attentive during working hours; signs of laziness will result in a 15-minute deduction.

  • Attendance Records: Accurately record attendance by oneself; falsification will lead to a one-hour deduction for both parties involved.

  • Attention to Management: Pay full attention to manager and owner in any discussion; showing disinterest or laziness will result in a 15-minute deduction.

  • Respect Meetings: Avoid disturbing management meetings (e.g., coughing, drinking water, using the washroom) or risk a 15-minute deduction.

  • Food Policy: Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited in the office.

  • End of Day: Do not leave the office before the official departure time; leaving early will result in a 15-minute deduction.

  • Non-Work Discussions: Avoid personal conversations during working hours, which will also result in a 15-minute deduction.

3. MINIMUM COMMITMENT & NOTICE PERIOD

3.1 Minimum Commitment: The Employee agrees to a minimum employment commitment of six (6) months.

 

3.2 Forfeiture of Salary: If the Employee leaves or is terminated within the first six months, any held salary will be forfeited.

 

3.3 Notice Period Post-Six Months: After six months of employment, the Employee must provide one (1) month’s notice before resignation.

 

3.4 Early Resignation: The Employee cannot resign within the first six months, except in emergency situations subject to Company approval. In such cases, at least 14 days’ notice is required.

4. SALARY, DEDUCTIONS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

4.1 Hourly Compensation: Employees will be compensated based on hourly rates, determined by role and responsibilities.

 

4.2 Deductions for Violations: Salary will be deducted for hours not worked due to delays or violations of the Company's policies.

 

4.3 Payment Schedule: Employees will receive their salary twice a month (on the 16th and 1st of the following month), or once at the end of the month, at the Company’s discretion.

 

4.4 Salary Increments: Employees may not request salary increments. Salary revisions will be based on performance evaluations and company growth.

5. SALARY HOLD POLICY

5.1 Withholding Salary: 15% of the Employee’s salary will be withheld for the first three (3) months. Thereafter, 8% will be withheld for the remainder of the employment period.

 

5.2 Forfeiture of Held Salary: If the Employee leaves without proper notice or is terminated for misconduct, any withheld salary will be forfeited.

 

5.3 Release of Held Salary: Withheld salary will only be released upon proper exit from the Company in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

6.1 The Employee is responsible for the protection of Company property. Any intentional or unintentional damage will be charged to the Employee.

 

6.2 The Company reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs from the Employee’s salary or held funds.

 

6.3 Employees found guilty of theft or intentional damage will be required to pay the full repair/replacement cost and may face termination and legal action.

7. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

7.1 Employees must maintain the confidentiality and security of all Company data.

 

7.2 Any Employee found guilty of leaking data will face immediate termination, forfeiture of all salary (including held funds), and will be subject to legal action.

 

7.3 Unauthorised access, hacking, or data breaches of Company systems are prohibited and will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all salary, and potential legal action.

8. RESTRICTIONS ON COMPETITION & BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

8.1 Employees must not use the Company’s business ideas, strategies, or resources for personal ventures.

 

8.2 Employees are prohibited from getting directly or indirectly engage with any competing businesses during or after their tenure with the Company.

 

8.3 Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all salary, and will be subject to legal action.

 

8.4 Employees engaging in such activities post-employment will be legally accountable and the company has right to take legal action on them.

9. COMPANY’S RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICIES

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify policies as necessary for the welfare of the organisation.

 

9.2 All employees agree to comply with any updated policies introduced during their employment.
