We provide job consultancy services for students looking for employment in the UK, mainly in the hospitality sector. Our services include:

CV & Cover Letter Creation
Job Search Assistance
Interview Guidance
Consultation on UK Work Rules & HMRC Registration

We act as a consultancy service and do not guarantee job placement. Job availability depends on market conditions and employer requirements.

2. Enrollment & Payment

To access our services, students must pay a one-time enrollment fee of £708, which is non-refundable.
The enrollment is valid for three (3) years from the date of payment.
Full payment is required upfront; installments are not accepted.

3. Commission Charges

Candidates earning above £10 per hour: A subscription charge of £1 per hour will be applied.
Candidates earning below £10 per hour: A 5% service charge will be deducted from the total net pay.
Holiday Pay Deduction: We deduct 20% of holiday pay from jobs sourced through us.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your work history, visa status, and availability.
Attend job interviews as scheduled and follow employer guidelines.
Comply with all UK employment laws, including tax and NI contributions.

If a candidate fails to attend interviews or does not respond to job offers, their consultancy service may be suspended without a refund.

5. Employer & Job Matching

We do not own or operate any jobs; we act as a middleman between candidates and employers.
Jobs depend on employer availability and requirements.
If a candidate rejects a job offer without a valid reason, we are not obligated to provide alternative options.

6. Refund Policy

The £708 enrollment fee is strictly non-refundable.
If a candidate does not secure a job, it is not grounds for a refund, as our service is consultancy-based.
Once payments for commissions are deducted from salaries, they cannot be refunded.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

A candidate provides false or misleading information.
A candidate refuses to cooperate with job placements.
A candidate violates UK employment laws or employer policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes.
We are not responsible for disputes between candidates and employers.
We are not liable for employment-related issues, such as termination, work conditions, or payment disputes with employers.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process candidate information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

The collection of personal data for job placement purposes.
The sharing of your CV and details with potential employers.
Communication via email, phone, or messaging apps regarding job opportunities.

We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications means you accept the new terms.
