

Commission Charges
Wage above £10 per hour: A service subscription charge of £1 per hour will be applied to the Candidate's wages.

Wage below £10 per hour: The Company will charge 5% of the total net pay based on the payslip.

Holiday Pay Deduction: 20% of the Candidate's holiday pay from any job sourced by the Company will be retained by the Company.

Transparent Commission & Service Charges for Candidates
Our commission structure is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that candidates receive quality job placement services while maintaining clarity on associated charges.

For candidates earning above £10 per hour, a service subscription charge of £1 per hour will be deducted from their wages. This ensures continued access to our job placement and support services.

For candidates earning below £10 per hour, the Company will deduct 5% of the total net pay, calculated based on the payslip. This fee is applied to maintain the quality and reliability of our job-matching services.

Additionally, a holiday pay deduction of 20% will be applied to any holiday pay earned from jobs sourced through our Company. This retention allows us to continue providing comprehensive support and employment opportunities.

Our goal is to offer seamless job placement while ensuring transparency in service fees, helping candidates secure stable and rewarding employment in the hospitality sector.
Services and benefits
Student Visa Employment Assistance: If the Candidate's working hours are unsatisfactory (less than 14 hours per week for part-time employment or less than 32 hours per week for full-time employment), the Company will assist in securing a new position with suitable working hours.

Holiday Employment Assistance: The Company will help the Candidate find full-time employment (ranging from 35 to 80 hours per week) by arranging a ROTA between two companies. The Candidate is required to notify the Company 15 days in advance and provide a university term date letter confirming holiday periods.
