

Mode of Payment
The Candidate’s wages will be directly paid by the employer.
The applicable service subscription charges must be paid to the Company in accordance with the above agreed terms.
Payment Terms and Service Fee Policy
The wages for the candidate will be directly disbursed by the employer in accordance with the agreed terms of employment. However, as part of the job placement process, the candidate is required to pay the applicable service subscription charges to the company. These charges are essential for accessing the company’s services and must be paid in full as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions.

The service charges cover the administrative, consultation, and placement assistance provided by the company. It is important to note that these fees are separate from the wages earned by the candidate and are solely for the facilitation of job placement and related services.

Failure to make the full payment of the service charges within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of the company’s support, including but not limited to job search assistance, interview guidance, and employer connections. The company holds the right to deny or discontinue services if the payment terms are not met as per the agreement.

By availing of the job placement services, the candidate acknowledges and agrees to comply with the company’s payment policies, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for both parties involved.
