Commission Charges

Subscription Fee for All Candidates: Both new and existing Candidates must pay 5% of their total net pay as a subscription fee for our services.

Fair & Transparent Subscription & Commission Policy

To ensure continued access to high-quality job placements and professional support, all candidates—both new and existing—are required to contribute a small service fee.

As part of our transparent and structured policy, a subscription fee of 5% of the total net pay will be deducted from every candidate's wages. This fee helps maintain our job placement services, career guidance, and ongoing support, ensuring candidates have the best opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Additionally, a 20% holiday pay deduction will be applied to any holiday pay earned from jobs sourced through our company. This contribution enables us to sustain our recruitment services, assist candidates in securing stable employment, and provide continued guidance throughout their careers.

We strive to maintain a fair and efficient system, helping candidates achieve success while ensuring the sustainability of our professional services.

Services and benefit

Unsatisfactory Working Hours: If a Candidate's working hours are unsatisfactory (i.e., less than 32 hours per week for full-time jobs), the Company will help the Candidate find full-time employment (ranging from 32 to 80 hours per week) by arranging a ROTA between two companies.
