A Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of a bar, ensuring that it runs smoothly and provides an exceptional experience for customers. They are responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring that drinks are served efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service. The Bar Manager is involved in creating and maintaining the drink menu, selecting beverages, crafting cocktails, and ensuring the bar is stocked with everything needed to meet customer demand.

They also manage inventory and stock orders, ensuring that alcohol, mixers, and other supplies are well-stocked and rotated. Another key aspect of the role is training and supervising staff, ensuring that bartenders and servers are knowledgeable about drink recipes, customer service protocols, and alcohol regulations. Bar Managers are also tasked with maintaining a clean and safe environment, following health and safety regulations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during service.
