
The Front of House (FOH) is the customer-facing part of a restaurant, responsible for delivering a seamless dining experience. From the moment guests walk in, FOH staff ensure they feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Their duties range from greeting customers and managing reservations to taking orders, serving food and drinks, recommending wine pairings, and handling payments. FOH staff also maintain the overall ambiance of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a pleasant atmosphere.

They act as a bridge between customers and the kitchen, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
